Description
Symposium on LDC Needs Assessment to Implement the TRIPS Agreement - English. The Symposium aims at supporting least developed country Members to provide as much information as possible to the TRIPS Council on
their priority needs in order to assist them taking the steps necessary to implement the TRIPS Agreement, taking due account of each
country's individual developmental and other domestic objectives.
LDCs and potential donors as well as regional and international organization will share their respective experiences in the needs assessment process.
