Description

The objectives of the course are:

(i) to enhance participants' understanding of GATS disciplines relevant to mutual recognition agreements on professional services, including main market access and national treatment limitations scheduled, mode 4 and main regulatory issues;

(ii) to build participants' capability to negotiate mutual recognition agreements on professional services; and, (iii) build participants' understanding of main issues surrounding the negotiation of MRAs for specific professional services sectors.
