The CLDP and the Ukrainian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, in cooperation with the World Trade Organization, U.S. Embassy Kyiv, the U.S. International Trade Administration, the European Commission and the Governments of Canada, Israel, Japan, and Switzerland will conduct a workshop on “International Procurement Opportunities and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, ” which will take place in Kyiv, Ukraine on February 11-12. The workshop will aim to build the capacity of Ukrainian companies, Government policy makers, and business counseling experts, as well as government officials from countries such as Georgia and Afghanistan, to promote effective participation in foreign tenders covered by the GPA.

The workshop also aims to enhance the ongoing communication and exchange of information and ideas between the foreign procurement experts and conference participants for future cooperation on international procurement matters.
