Description
The project aims at assessment of ESCT’s capabilities to meet the expectations of its clientele. The results of this analysis will provide: - The description of training/counselling programmes that are needed from ESCT’s national clients and international member states; - The resource and competency needs of ESCT to effectively and efficiently provide the said training/counselling programmes at ITC and ITFC standards; - A project document, submitted to ITFC, detailing a technical assistance programme for ESCT to deliver the recommended training/counselling programmes that would be executed by ITC.
