Description
Trade and Development for Arab and Middle East Countries - English - Specialist - Level 2 - The Workshop will focus on trade and development issues in the WTO, both in its regular work as well as in the context of DDA negotiations. The Workshop will also highlight the development issues that are likely to be addressed in the Ninth WTO Ministerial Conference (MC9) to be held in Bali, Indonesia, in December 2013. The activity will be undertaken through a combination of powerpoint presentations/lectures and interactive sessions. Participants will be encouraged to share their views and experiences on how trade can contribute to the development process.
