Description
National workshop on public policy issues related to the TRIPS Agreement - Spanish. At the end of the workshop, participants should have: Greater understanding of the TRIPS Agreement and the multilateral IP regime it establishes; Better appreciation of IP issues under negotiation or consideration in WTO, and related regular work; and, Improved capacity to assess the implications and effectively use TRIPS flexibilities in the national context.
