Description
This course will provide participants with an overview of the WTO trade remedy rules (on anti-dumping, countervailing measures, and safeguards). It will also consider the legislative instruments, domestic and more particularly regional institutions that are necessary to conduct the investigations involved, as well as issues of establishing and maintaining an investigative team.
