Description
Review the ECOWAS Secretariat’s organisational capacity and operational structures to initiate and lead regional trade development programmes (TDP), including TSI networking arrangements and outreach mechanisms with a view to ensure and propose:
- appropriate TDP structures and TSI coordination mechanisms
- training programme for the Secretariat staff with particular focus on gender issues
