Description
The project is aimed at enabling the Institute for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (IPEME) in Mozambique to increase its business support services to SMEs. This will facilitate market access for small producers, esp. women SMEs in the province of Nampula in Mozambique. By focusing on income generating activities this project will draw the IPEME’s target women and youth into agro-business development activities, with possibilities to sell their products to locally based MNCs (Shoprite, Pic' n Pay) and other retailing chains.
