The main objective of the Seminar is to facilitate an in-depth understanding of government officials of the overall functioning and legal obligations under the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) with particular emphasis on scheduling of specific commitments.   The seminar will also provide an opportunity to address key questions relating to trade in services, in particular the ongoing negotiations on domestic regulation.
