Overall objective (impact level):
To improve the export performance of the tree fruit sector in Kenya by creating greater exporter competitiveness thereby enabling low income farmers and SMEs to benefit from increased exports of fresh and processed tree fruits.
Purpose (effect level).
Enhance the competence of FPEAK, the lead TSI, to develop and execute commodity export business plans.
