Trade support institutions benchmarking scheme
|
Description
To enable Trade Support Institutions (TSIs) to improve their effectiveness and efficiency by benchmarking performance using a comprehensive performance model for recording and reporting management and service processes/practices. The project aims at:
• Building institutional capacities to assess performance through a network of trained institutional advisors;
• Creating an online learning platform to document and share good processes/practices among developing and developed country trade promotion organizations and TSIs, including contributing to a knowledge bank of best practices;
• Building an international network of partner institutions that have adopted the same recording and reporting system designed to facilitate comparison.
