Description
The purpose is to build capacities of the social enterprise (SE) based in Kenya - Ethical Fashion Africa Ltd. (EFAL) and the associated micro-producers (through the SE) to work to the standards demanded by the value chain of international fashion accessories in production, quality control, compliance, monitoring and evaluation systems.
Work areas:
-Ensure capacities of the SE to receive and manage buyer orders, using sustainable practices in all activities.
-Ensure supervisory and production capacities of microenterprises built and sustained.
-Develop tools which ensure ongoing compliance, monitoring and evaluation, to achieve the EFI mandate of poverty reduction.
