Project development: Upgrading of Trade Information services for exporters in Saint Lucia

Description
This project aims at the development of a proposal for assisting Saint Lucia (Office for Private Sector Relationships OPSR) to upgrade its trade information services. Implementation of ITC's proposal will help OPSR fulfill its new role as "Trade Promotion Agency" (TEPA), responsible for the implementation of their National Export Development Strategy (NEDS).
