Description
Gabon has to make notification under the various Agreements. A number of the notifications obligations require background technical knowledge of the respective provisions of the Agreements under with the notifications are to be made. Given that these various Agreements are multi-disciplinary in nature and not necessarily falling under the juridiction of the Ministry of Trade. Training is required in this area in the Ministry of Trade and accross the various Government departments.
