This is a 2-day workshop on issues relating to the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT Agreement). It will cover the main principles of the agreement, the work of the committee and current topics being discussed. The workshop will aim to identify key implementation challenges for Egypt, as well as options to address them. The Workshop will combine lectures, exercises and interactive sessions aiming at enhancing Egypt's overall understanding of the TBT agreement and related matters. Participants are expected to contribute actively to the workshop.
