Description
Regional Workshop on WTO Dispute Settlement for Asia and Pacific Economies - Level 3 - Specialist - English - The specialised training starts with a three-day Workshop on WTO Dispute Settlement, followed by a one-day Regional Dialogue on Managing Trade Disputes: - The Workshop (26-28 November) will comprise lectures as well as practical exercises. Participants will also be introduced to certain practical aspects of the dispute settlement process. Training exercises and a case simulation will help participants apply the knowledge gained. - The high-level expert Regional Dialogue (29 November) will provide a platform for an exchange of experiences among developing countries in order to identify best practices on strengthening legal capacity, with a focus on the management of trade disputes.
