Description
Training Course on WTO Dispute Settlement for Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus Countries - English - By the end of the course, it is expected that participants
will have enhanced their capacity to participate effectively
in (i) the work of the DSB, (ii) dispute settlement
procedures, and (iii) the DSU negotiations. It is also
expected that participants will have gained a better
understanding of the role of dispute settlement in the
WTO and its relevance to the interpretation of WTO
rights and obligations.
