Description

Presentation on dispute settlement procedures following the adoption of reports by the DSU (Panel or Appellate Body reports). In particular, procedures on compliance and suspension of concessions. We would discuss compliance measures, the relationship between compliance and retaliation. It will also explain the stages and deadlines of each procedure.
