The project aims to diversify Cambodia's export products and markets by promoting high value silk exports and increasing the competitiveness of the Cambodian silk sector. This will have a positive impact on poverty reduction through employment creation and income growth, especially among women, thereby contributing to meet Cambodia’s MDGs.
