Description
At the request of the Government of Bangladesh, the Workshop will provide a detailed account of state of play in the implementation of the Decisions taken by Members in favour of LDCs at the Bali Ministerial Conference in 2013. It will also take up other Bali decisions of particular relevance to LDCs. An overview of the key provisions of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement and its S&D provisions will be provided to the participants. A briefing to the participants on the current state of post-Bali Work Programme is also intended. The activity is expected to address a range of stakeholders including government, private sector and academia.
