Description
Training programme sponsored by the Government of India through the Institute of Foreign Trade in New Delhi, in the form of a Summer Academy on trade law, in cooperation with the World Trade Institute in Berne, aiming at strengthening India's human resource capacity in order to participate more effectively in the design, conduct and implementation of trade policy and to derive greater benefits from India’s involvement in international trade negotiations. Course participants will consist of government officials, law professionals, trade policy stakeholders and senior law students from top-ranked Indian universities.
