The Secretariat contribution will speak to the possible role that the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA), facilitated by the e-GPA tool, can play as an e-commerce hub in global government procurement markets, and highlight their potential relevance and significance for the development and evolution of e-government procurement systems in Africa
