Description
The Secretariat has been invited as a panellist on Sub-theme 2: “How can public procurement contribute to realizing socio-economic aspirations?” The WTO input, while focusing on this sub-theme, will be to provide pertinent information on WTO disciplines on government procurement as elaborated in the GPA, and highlight their relevance and significance for good governance, development and trade, and related policy initiatives under discussion in Africa.
