Workshop on The TRIPS Agreement and IP-related Matters

Description
This is a joint activity between WIPO, WTO and the Mauritian authorities. The University of Mauritius, WTO Chair is also co-organising the event. The objectives are:
1. Improved awareness and understanding of TRIPS and other international treaties among participants.
2. Improved understanding among Mauritian authorities of how far Mauritian IP law fits in with its international obligations.
3. Improved understanding of how Mauritian proposals for the institutional arrangemenis for IP implementation fits in with international best practices.
