Description
The projects consists of consultations with IGEME about the expectations of their national clientele. An assessment of IGEME’s capabilities to meet these expectations will be carried out jointly. The results of this analysis will produce: - The description of training/counselling programmes that are needed from IGEME’s national clients and international member states; - The resource and competency needs of IGEME to effectively and efficiently provide the said training/counselling programmes at ITC and ITFC standards; - A project document, submitted to ITFC, detailing a technical assistance programme for IGEME to deliver the recommended training/counselling programmes that would be executed by ITC.
