This course is a level 2 activity in the WTO's 3-level Progressive Learning Strategy (PLS).

The core target audience for this course are mid- to senior-level government officials from Acceding Governments. As the structure and content of the course is extensively geared toward the needs of Acceding Governments, only capital-based participants from Acceding Governments will need to be funded. Candidates are to be directly involved in the conduct of WTO accessions negotiations.
