This seminar will present the rules of the agreements on Anti-dumping and Subsidies and Countervailing Measures to create general awareness on trade remedies under WTO disciplines. The seminar will combine lectures and practical exercises.

The seminar will also consider the legislative instruments, domestic and more particularly regional institutions that are necessary to conduct the investigations involved, as well as issues of establishing and maintaining an investigative team.
