Description
The traditional role of employer organizations in the domain of labour relations is changing to address the demands of global competitiveness. To assist employers organizations to remain relevant and meet the needs of their constituents, ITC has developed a training programme in co-operation with ILO to assist insituions to select and develop new export oriented services.
