Description
Project Objectives:
A) To upgrade the capacities of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) staff and affiliated trainers and consultants to diagnose enterprise weaknesses and design sustainable training and counselling solutions for SME managers.
B) To provide direct assistance to selected Chinese SMEs to improve their business strategies.
C) To strengthen the management, service production, service marketing and impact assessment competencies of CCPIT staff.
