Description
The project aims at improving the business environment in STP, which should benefit the private sector. The project has two main components:
- The creation of a Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (TIPA);
- The simplification of the current trade laws and regulations in the context of the future accesion of Sao Tome to the OHADA.
