This Workshop is designed to support Seychelles in its efforts to build national capacity on the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA), including with regard to accession to the Agreement. Its specific aims are to: (i) familiarize participants with the GPA; and (ii) elaborate on the potential benefits, challenges or costs, and modalities of accession to the GPA.
