Develop policies, plans and capacities that enable the nation’s food security program to operate in conformity with the agreement on agriculture and develop greater general understanding of domestic support provisions within this agreement. Furthermore, it will help in the assessment of WTO negotiations with regard to the ‘peace clause’ reached at Bali and possible outcomes related to food security in the 10th ministerial.
