Description
This Workshop aims to: (i) familiarize participants with the WTO Agreement on Government
Procurement (GPA), notably as it relates to trade, competition, good governance
and development; (ii) to enhance the participants' knowledge on the general
principles and procedural rules of the Agreement; and (iii) elaborate on the rights
and privileges of GPA Observers and the potential benefits, challenges or
costs, and modalities of accession to the GPA. The workshop will be held in
English.
