Malaysia - Strengthening the training department of the Trade Development Corporation MATRADE
Description
The project consists of consultations with MATRADE about the expectations of their national clientele and the OIC member states for training/counselling programmes. An assessment of MATRADE’s capabilities to meet these expectations will be carried out jointly. The results of this analysis will produce: 1. The description of training/counselling programmes that are needed from MATRADE’s national clients and international member states; 2. The resource and competency needs of MATRADE to effectively and efficiently provide the said training/counselling programmes at ITC and ITFC standards; 3. A project document, submitted to ITFC, detailing a technical assistance programme for MATRADE to deliver the recommended training/counselling programmes that would be executed by ITC.
