National workshop on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures and Technical Barriers to Trade (SPS/TBT) - English The objective is to discuss the main elements of the TBT and SPS Agreements, using cases and trade concerns to illustrate the issues; there will be a particular focus on transparency. The second part of the workshop will focus on identifying the key constraints and challenges for Laos for implementation of the agreements – there will be input from various stake-holders doing work in the country (UNIDO, ISO, USAID, ITC, EIF).
