Description
The purpose of the workshop is to increase participants' awareness of various factors involved in trade of environmental goods and services. Attention is given to aspects of approaches to liberalization of trade in environmental goods and services, keeping in mind the needs of developing countries and their aspirations toward sustainable development. The training will also provide a platform for knowledge sharing and networking among participants from Thailand, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Viet Nam, Nepal (members of the WTO) and Bhutan and Timor-Leste. We hope that this training will enhance knowledge and negotiation skills on environmental goods and services negotiation in the selected least developed and developing countries in the region
