The main objective of this Workshop is to enhance knowledge and understanding of the WTO  Agreements on goods, services and trade-related intellectual property rights (TRIPS) as they relate to e-commerce. Presenting relevant aspects of the three WTO Agreements, together in a single workshop, will permit a more comprehensive assessment the WTO trade regime as it applies to e-commerce, as well as the interaction of the different disciplines and regimes in this rapidly expanding area. The Workshop will also provide a forum for participants to exchange views and share national and regional experiences with respect to the opportunities and challenges in this field
