Advanced Course on the WTO Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (ASPS Course) - English. The ASPS Course is a "Level 3" training activity implemented within the WTO's progressive learning strategy (PLS) and targeted at government officials who already possess a sound knowledge of the SPS Agreement.
