Description

Preparatory visits to select a partner university for the implementation of the intermediate level activity (Regional Trade Policy Course) for English-speaking African  Countries. The RTPC Selection Committee will visit  the  four shortlisted candidates  to discuss the various elements indicated in the proposals they have submitted.  The four shortlisted candidates are:  University of Zimbabwe, Harare, Zimbabwe;   University of Mauritius,   Reduit, Mauritius; University of Dar Es Salaam Business School, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, and Makerere Business School, Kampala, Uganda. The objective of these  visits is to  determine which of the proposed candidates best meets the RTPC Terms of Reference by assessing the human  resources, training facilities and logistical and administrative arrangements  each of these can offer.  The outcome of the visits will be a report by the Selection Committee and recommendations to the Director-General regarding each of the RTPC  candidate partners.
