Description
Introduction to WTO tariff and trade databases, Introduction to WTO Market Access concepts with special emphasis on renegotiations, Training in setting up tools to handle tariff and trade data for renegotiations Case study on Kyrgyz renegotiation. Objectives: Strengthen the capacity of our trade officials to extract and use tariff data from WTO tariff and trade databases. The objective is to support Kyrgyzstan’s efforts to further develop an effective trade-related framework so that it will comply with the country’s obligations towards both the WTO and Eurasian Economic Union.
