The WTO has collaborated in a number of ways over time with the Moscow Higher School of Economics, including by having instructions from the HSE co-deliver modules of WTO RTPCs and by having WTO experts delivering certain modules in the Master's programme at the HSE. Since joining the WTO, the HSE largely finances the participation of WTO experts, The WTO covers only per diem.
The WTO expert will structure and deliver a module covering Subsidies and the Trade Facilitation Agreement.
