Long description
|
This phase of the MLS-SCM programme has been developed based upon the 2013-2015 strategic plan. It comprises four key thrust:
•Increase outreach to enterprises especially SMEs in LDCs and DCs by developing partnerships with MNCs to include MLS-SCM training for their suppliers/SMEs to enable them build linkages into regional value chains
•Decentralize and outsource programme management for cost effectiveness
•Better integrate MLS-SCM into ITC’s TRTA and major programmes
•Achieve increased funding by building partnerships to support programme expansion, quality and visibility
